Carly Bethel - Owner
HAIRCUTTING, STYLING AND EXTENSION SPECIALIST
Carly grew up in beautiful Boise, Idaho and she followed her dreams to Southern California where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Marketing, attended Cosmetology school at Vidal Sassoon and moved on to assist world-renowned celebrity hairstylists. She is a hairstylist with a deep passion for all things hair and has now built a celebrity and influencer clientele of her own, including Nicole Kidman, Victoria Beckham, Bella Hadid, Marianna Hewitt, Jenna Dewan, Chrissy Teigen, Priyanka Chopra and Olivia Culpo.
Working with some of the most influential celebrities in the industry requires that Carly is on the cutting edge with the newest trends and best techniques for all of her clients.
As a mom, Carly understands how precious self-care is. She believes you deserve the hair that you have always dreamt of. She is not only passionate about helping you achieve your look but also about how best to maintain your style between salon visits!
When she is not chasing her dreams or her toddler, you will find her hiking, listening to podcasts, or catching the sunset with her husband and a Mezcal Margarita!

Ashley Wahler
COLOR AND BALAYAGE SPECIALIST
New to Tennessee, Ashley has risen as a leading voice in the beauty and lifestyle space, carving out a niche for herself amongst the top celebrity hairstylists. Her attention to detail has made her a go-to for high-profile clientele such as Chloe Lukasiak, Kaitlynn Carter, Emily Simpson, Caroline Franklin, Sofia Vassilieva, Samantha Droke, Sarah Palin, Susan Pinsky, and Diana Madison. Her work has been featured in a variety of publications including Byrdie, Inquisitr, and The Italian Reve to name a few.
As the great-granddaughter of a notable hairstylist in his time, you could say that a future in haircare was written in the stars for Ashley. She got her license and started her first professional gig in 2012 under community leader and hair legend James Morrison in Laguna Beach, CA, before taking on her own clientele. Ever since, she has run her own business.
When not working on high-brow clientele or starting her very own accessories line called The Gold Collection she continues her first love of working with hair at Volume ll salon in Nashville TN. Ashley specializes in color and styling. She is known for her baby lights and blonde but loves all things color. She has a passion for all things BIG – big hair, big curls, big waves, big ponytails and amazing accessories. When Ashley is not working in the salon she is spending time with the people she loves the most: her 2 beautiful children and husband.
Lorien Meillon
COLORIST AND EXTENSION SPECIALIST
From her childhood roots in metropolitan Mexico City to her celebrity-filled career in Los Angeles, Lorien has always realized her dreams by listening closely to her calling. Now, she is excited to heed her heart’s whispers to begin a new chapter in Nashville. Lorien’s industry-setting artistry is fueled by a passion to always keep learning, and her success is driven by the warmth, connection, and calm Lorien’s clients feel in her chair.
Lorien began her career assisting legendary celebrity stylists in Los Angeles, traveling globally with her high-profile clients, and settling in at the celebrity-favorite, BOMANE salon. Her clients past and present include: Meghan Trainor, Eva Longoria, Ashlee Simpson Ross, Nancy O'Dell, Victoria Beckham, Emma Roberts, Kesha, Sharon Stone, Camila Cabello, Lauren Jauregui, and JoJo.
Lorien’s mastery of color services and extensions allows her to better achieve her clients’ hair goals. She is an educator for LINEONE extensions. With a background of several certifications in extensions - Great Lengths, HairDreams, Hair Lingerie & Extensionology. Her color expertise allows her to create dimensional blondes, brunettes and redheads, with sunkissed highlights, and balayage. She isn’t afraid of color corrections and is known for Meghan Trainor’s transformation from blonde to red and back to blonde.
Lorien has been recognized as an educator and speaker for Behind the Chair, the largest educational platform for hairstylists with nearly 2 million followers. At Behind the Chair, Lorien has educated for LINEONE extensions, and also shared her personal and professional journey. When Lorien is not behind the chair, you can find her spending time with family and friends. She is always on the hunt for a great new restaurant and a fantastic coffee spot, and loves to travel anywhere and everywhere–road trips are her favorite.

Carachele Tyvan
HAIRCUTTING, STYLING, COLORIST AND EXTENSION SPECIALIST
Carachele first received her training from some of the most elite hair professionals in the industry, including, Johnny Ramirez, Violet Teriti and Kristen Ess. Since 2008, she has had the privilege of working with some of the biggest celebrities, influencers and models in the world.
Her work has been seen in TV, movies, and print publications, and had established herself as a bonafide celebrity hair stylist, colorist and extension artist. Her irresistible personality, kind heart, and exceptional, creative abilities have caused her to shine as a bright light above her contemporaries.
